The currency rates are fetched in real-time from the European Central Bank
website at;

As these prices are the mid-rates, halfway between the 'buy' and 'sell' rates,
we apply a 10% uplift to all rates. This covers both the differences between
the mid and 'buy/sell' rates, and allows for any currency fluctuations which
occur during the 30 validity period of this quote, and during the time period
between supply of the goods and when payment is finally received, which will
depend on your payment system.
Prices on our online shop use spot exchange rates, which are lower than those
used here. Online purchases also do not incur the administration fee whch we charge for processing Purchase-Orders.
